Regarding the two maps posted within the Hard Information File by Francis 2064.
I have posted a map of private parking inlets (in blue) There are various degrees of privacy within the group of park inlets and general park lots. In the end they are all private, even the city owed parking spaces due to the fact that they rent them to the public. The intention of the map is not to graphically show developable opportunities. The intention is to show the relationship of underutilized space and the potential effect of these space’s on the overall Union Square identity. The resulting alignment of Target and Market Basket remind me of a typical mall design where you have two big box stores as anchors on each end of the mall.
